UPVC DELIVERY INFORMATION AND TERMS

At The Sure Group, we aspire to offer our customers a delivery experience which is quick, efficient and hassle-free.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER TO?

United Kingdom mainland (excluding Scotland)

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

  • Orders with a value (before delivery) of £10.00 or more will be delivered for FREE within the UK mainland
  • Orders with a value (before delivery) of less than £10.00 will be charged at £3.50 within the UK mainland
  • Orders to be delivered locally (to a postcode within Norwich, Norfolk or Suffolk, UK) are FREE

HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

All UPVC delivery dates are given in good faith but are subject to matters beyond our control, including but not limited to: acts of God, adverse weather conditions, strikes, lockouts and delay by suppliers.

Delivery will normally be made the following working day once payment has cleared. Smaller items may take 3–4 days. If any items are out of stock, you will be notified by email or telephone and given an appropriate delivery date.

The following table gives rough guidance of earliest delivery dates:-

WHAT TO DO IF THERE'S A PROBLEM WITH THE DELIVERY?

The Sure Group relies upon the services of third-party couriers and whilst we endeavour to keep to our word, there are unfortunately a few occasions where the courier may fail to provide the level of service expected of them. This happens rarely, but if it does occur, we cannot be held responsible for the late delivery of items. The Sure Group will not be able to refund the standard delivery charge for items which do not arrive on the expected delivery date.

If your order does not arrive when you expect it, please give us a call on 01603 405030. We will then be able to contact the relevant courier to investigate the issue.

If the goods are damaged on receipt, please call us on 01603 405030 within seven days.
